Creative Modular Construction (CMC) is a leading building manufacturer based in Springfield, Missouri, known for its innovative approach to modular construction. Founded in 2021, CMC evolved from Architectural Design Concepts (ADC), a company that specialized in crafting high-end, highly detailed building exteriors. Through a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, ADC quickly built a reputation for creativity, craftsmanship, and reliability.

Over time, ADC expanded its capabilities and began taking on increasingly complex projects that showcased the company’s technical expertise. Some of its most notable work includes the building exteriors at Wonders of Wildlife, the Missouri State University Welcome Center, and Joplin High School.

In 2020, ADC partnered with Rogers, Arkansas–based 7 Brew Coffee to become the exclusive building manufacturer for the rapidly expanding drive-thru coffee chain. The partnership marked a major milestone, allowing the company to scale its modular manufacturing capabilities and support 7 Brew’s national growth. Today, CMC and 7 Brew open approximately one new location per week—with plans to soon double that pace—an achievement made possible through CMC’s focus on efficiency, quality, and customer service.

A key differentiator for CMC is its modular construction process. Unlike traditional construction methods, modular construction involves building individual sections of a structure within a controlled factory environment before transporting them to the final site for assembly. This approach reduces construction timelines, improves quality control, and lowers overall costs while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.
