Every CMC building starts on a factory floor in Springfield, Missouri — design, engineering and fabrication under one roof, where weather never stops a schedule and every module is measured against the same standard.

We were founded in 2021 to help customers bring buildings to market with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.
By combining construction expertise with a controlled manufacturing process, our team delivers modular solutions designed to improve quality, reduce timelines, and create a more predictable building experience.
Through modular construction, key building components are built in a factory environment before being transported to the final site for installation. This approach ensures strong quality control, increases efficiency, and supports customers as they scale across multiple locations.
CMC has helped support the national expansion of 7 Brew Coffee, a rapidly growing drive-thru coffee brand based in Rogers, Arkansas. The relationship reflects CMC’s ability to serve fast-scaling commercial concepts that require manufacturing discipline, operational efficiency, and responsive customer service.
We are building on that experience to serve a broader range of commercial customers, including food and beverage concepts, healthcare and dental office locations, and other customer-facing environments that need high-quality modular construction.
