What we collect

The contact form on our contact page asks for:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Company and phone number (optional)
• Details about your project — the product or solution you need, estimated project size, how you heard about us, and your project description

That is the whole list of what you give us. Separately, our web server automatically logs basic details of each visit, described below under “Hosting and server logs.” The site has no accounts, no sign-in, and no other forms. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share, the same as any business.

How we use it

We use your submission to respond to your inquiry — to answer questions, prepare a quote, or follow up on a project. Replies go to the email address you provided. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell personal information.

Who processes it

This website has no database, and what you type into the form never passes through our web server: when you press submit, your browser sends it straight to Web3Forms, a form-relay service that transmits your submission to our email inbox at inquiries@cmcmod.com. Web3Forms acts as the mail carrier for the form; its handling of submissions is described in the Web3Forms privacy policy.

The contact form is protected by hCaptcha, a service that checks whether a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program. Its check loads from hcaptcha.com on the contact page. To tell people from bots, hCaptcha collects information such as your IP address, details about your browser and device, and how you interact with the check, and it may set its own cookies. That information goes to hCaptcha, not to us: we receive nothing from the check, and Web3Forms confirms the result with hCaptcha when it delivers your submission. hCaptcha’s privacy policy and terms of service apply to it.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site itself sets no cookies. Its only use of browser storage is a one-time note: if your browser still has background files installed by an earlier version of this website, the site removes them and saves a flag in your tab so the page reloads just once. It identifies nobody, and your browser discards it when the tab closes. The site runs no analytics, no advertising scripts, and no tracking pixels. Fonts, photos and the project videos are served from our own site rather than from third-party services. The exceptions are third-party services that load only on the page that uses them: hCaptcha on the contact form, described above, and the map and YouTube video described below.

Embedded content

Google Maps

The contact page shows a Google Maps view of our office. The map is loaded from Google when you view that page, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads. See the Google privacy policy.

YouTube

The resources page includes a YouTube video. Until you press play, only a preview image is loaded from YouTube’s image server. The player itself loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and only when you start the video — at that point YouTube’s own terms and the Google privacy policy apply.

Our own photos and videos

The photographs and set-day videos elsewhere on the site are hosted by us directly. No third party is involved in playing them.

Hosting and server logs

The site runs on Google Cloud Run, in a Google Cloud account that Creative Modular Construction operates, on servers in the United States. Like any web server, it automatically logs each request it receives, including the visitor’s IP address, browser type, the page or file requested, the page that linked to it, and the time. Those logs are deleted automatically after 30 days. We use them only to keep the site running and secure, never to track or profile visitors. Google processes them on our behalf under the Google Cloud Privacy Notice.

Links to other sites

Some links leave this site — our job application portal (hosted on ADP Workforce Now), our Facebook and LinkedIn profiles, and links that open Google Maps. Once you leave, the destination site’s own privacy practices apply.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept in our inbox as ordinary business correspondence — long enough to handle your inquiry and any project that comes of it — and are not used for any other purpose. Server logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Your choices

Email us at inquiries@cmcmod.com to ask what information we hold from your inquiries, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Children

This site is a commercial construction site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change — for example, if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and its effective date. The version posted here is always the current one.
