Privacy policy

What we collect

The contact form on our contact page asks for:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Company and phone number (optional)
• Details about your project — the product or solution you need, estimated project size, how you heard about us, and your project description

That is the whole list. The site has no accounts, no sign-in, and no other forms. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share, the same as any business.

How we use it

We use your submission to respond to your inquiry — to answer questions, prepare a quote, or follow up on a project. Replies go to the email address you provided. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell personal information.

Who processes it

This website has no server or database of its own, so it stores nothing you submit. When you press submit, the form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-relay service that transmits your submission to our email inbox at inquiries@cmcmod.com. Web3Forms acts as the mail carrier for the form; its handling of submissions is described in the Web3Forms privacy policy.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site itself sets no cookies. Its one use of browser storage is a single yes/no flag saved in your tab after you pass the contact form’s anti-spam check, so we don’t ask twice — it identifies nobody and your browser discards it when the tab closes. The site runs no analytics, no advertising scripts, and no tracking pixels. Fonts, photos and the project videos are served from our own site rather than from third-party services. Embedded third-party content — the map and YouTube video below — is the one exception, and each loads only on the page that uses it.

Embedded content

Google Maps

The contact page shows a Google Maps view of our office. The map is loaded from Google when you view that page, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads. See the Google privacy policy.

YouTube

The resources page includes a YouTube video. Until you press play, only a preview image is loaded from YouTube’s image server. The player itself loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and only when you start the video — at that point YouTube’s own terms and the Google privacy policy apply.

Our own photos and videos

The photographs and set-day videos elsewhere on the site are hosted by us directly. No third party is involved in playing them.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may record standard access logs (such as visitor IP addresses) for security and operational purposes; that logging is governed by the GitHub privacy statement. We do not receive or review those logs.

Links to other sites

Some links leave this site — our job application portal (hosted on ADP Workforce Now), our Facebook and LinkedIn profiles, and links that open Google Maps. Once you leave, the destination site’s own privacy practices apply.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept in our inbox as ordinary business correspondence — long enough to handle your inquiry and any project that comes of it — and are not used for any other purpose.

Your choices

Email us at inquiries@cmcmod.com to ask what information we hold from your inquiries, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Children

This site is a commercial construction site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change — for example, if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and its effective date. The version posted here is always the current one.
