Section 179 tax benefits.
Section 179 of the IRS tax code lets a business deduct the cost of qualifying equipment and certain building improvements in the year of purchase, rather than depreciating it over decades. Many CMC modular buildings and infrastructure products may qualify — which can significantly reduce the real cost of your project.
