Do I need an account to apply?
You can browse every open position and read the full job description without signing up for anything. The account is created as part of the application itself: when you select a role and continue, our hiring portal asks for your contact details and a resume, and sets up your candidate profile from there. There is nothing to set up in advance.
How do I apply for a job at CMC?
Start from our Careers page or a job board such as Indeed or LinkedIn, select the position you want, and you will be taken to our ADP Workforce Now Hiring Portal. Answer the application questions, attach a current resume, and submit — your application goes directly to our hiring team for review.
Do I need a resume or can I apply with a profile?
A current resume is required to apply. This ensures our hiring team can accurately assess your experience and qualifications.
Can I edit or withdraw an application?
Yes. Contact our HR team with the position title and the name you applied under, and we will update or withdraw your application for you.
How will I know if an employer responds?
Within approximately 2–3 business days, a member of our hiring team will reach out with next steps if your qualifications align with the role.
Are the jobs verified or legitimate?
Yes. Our hiring team actively maintains and updates all job postings to ensure they are accurate, active, and legitimate.
Can I apply to multiple jobs at once?
Yes, you are welcome to apply to multiple positions, though we recommend focusing on the roles most relevant to your experience.
What should I do if I don't hear back?
Check your email (including your spam folder), reply to your confirmation email, or contact our main office. All applicants will receive a response from our hiring team.
Will I need to complete an interview?
Yes. In-person interviews are the standard part of our hiring process. In some cases, phone interviews may be conducted if needed.
Do you require drug screenings?
Yes. Drug screenings are required, and all job offers are contingent upon successfully passing the screening process.
