How do I create an account?
You will create your GetHired account after selecting a job and being redirected from our company website or job boards such as Indeed or LinkedIn.
Once redirected to GetHired, you will be prompted to sign up by entering your name, email address, and creating a password. After setting up your account, you can proceed directly with your application.
How Do I Apply For A Job At CMC?
Start by visiting our company website or browsing listings on Indeed or LinkedIn. When you select a position, you will be redirected to GetHired to complete the application.
From there, complete the prescreening questions, upload an up-to-date resume, and submit your application. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our hiring team.
Do I need a resume or can I apply with a profile?
A current resume is required to apply. This ensures our hiring team can accurately assess your experience and qualifications.
Can I edit or withdraw an application?
Yes. After creating your GetHired account, you can log in at any time to edit your information or withdraw a submitted application.
How will I know if an employer responds?
After submitting your application, you will receive an automatic email confirming it was successfully received. Within approximately 2–3 business days, a member of our hiring team will reach out with next steps if your qualifications align with the role.
Are the jobs verified or legitimate?
Yes. Our hiring team actively maintains and updates all job postings to ensure they are accurate, active, and legitimate. We are committed to providing a trustworthy hiring process.
Can I apply to multiple jobs at once?
Yes, you are welcome to apply to multiple positions. However, we recommend focusing on roles that closely match your background and experience. Applying to unrelated positions may reduce your chances, but applying to multiple relevant roles will not negatively impact your application.
What should I do if I don’t hear back?
If you have not received a response, please check your email inbox as well as your spam or junk folder. You can also reply directly to the application confirmation email or contact our main office for assistance. All applicants will receive a response from our hiring team.
Will I need to complete an interview?

What does Creative Modular Construction do?
